1 General Provisions

oktp is an online gaming platform that offers live casino, sports betting, and slot games to users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and oktp.

oktp reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published will be taken as your acceptance of the new Terms. It is therefore important to review this page regularly.

1.1 Scope

These Terms apply to the oktp website, mobile app (where applicable), and all services and gaming products available through them. Specific promotions or bonuses may carry separate special conditions, which will apply alongside these general Terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one oktp account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name, from the same device, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in all related accounts being closed and bonuses being forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and your own. oktp reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account if false or misleading information is provided. If your details change, you must notify our support team immediately.

2.4 Account Security

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at oktp is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are:

• bKash
• Nagad
• Rocket
• Bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank)

Deposited funds must not be in a third party's name — only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

oktp may request documents for identity verification at any time in the interest of security and proper operation (such as a national ID card, passport, or proof of payment method). If the required documents are not provided in time, oktp reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold.

3.4 Fraudulent Transactions

In the event of chargebacks, reversals, or unauthorized payments, oktp reserves the right to seize the related balance and close the account. Such activity may also lead to legal action.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

oktp offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → Total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳8,000 → ৳5,000 bonus → Total balance ৳13,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. This applies only to the bonus amount — not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If it is proven that someone has attempted to exploit bonus benefits unfairly (such as through multiple accounts or artificial betting patterns), oktp reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.

4.4 Promotion Changes

oktp reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion or bonus offer without prior notice.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play

oktp is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. The Random Number Generator (RNG) technology used in our games ensures fair outcomes.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to manipulate games through software, bots, or automated methods

• Colluding with other players to gain an advantage from the system
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to server problems, internet disconnection, or any other technical reason, oktp may declare that round void and the bet amount may be refunded. The final decision rests with oktp.

6 VIP Program

The oktp VIP program has four tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Players can advance to higher VIP tiers based on regular activity and playing volume. oktp reserves the right to change the VIP program rules at any time.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by oktp

oktp may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

1. Violation of these Terms
2. Fraud or fraudulent activity
3. Providing false identity or information
4. Operating multiple accounts
5. Being a minor
6. Regulatory or legal requirements

7.2 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. If existing bonus wagering requirements have not been met at the time of closure, those bonuses may be cancelled. However, if you are eligible for a refund of your original deposit, it will be processed.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

oktp may apply specific policies to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. Please contact our support team for more details.
